• The Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts is an intensive program, completed in 15 months. It includes a three month externship at a national location of your choice.
• Diploma in Cordon Bleu Baking and Pastry Arts. The Baking and Pastry Arts Program begins with the fundamentals of ingredients, proportions, consistencies, and chemical reactions.
